Black rice and fish

I know it sounds icky, but this Forbidden Rice is awesome! It’s sold under the Lotus Foods brand and they have all kinds of recipes on their site.  We had some leftover tilapia with mandarin oranges. It’s all very colorful and tasty and under 8 points for it all!

I lost 2 lbs last week and just have .8 to go before reaching another goal! We’ve had some unseasonably mild weather and I’ve gotten out for more walks than previous weeks. Exercise is certainly key to weight loss!

Stir-fry veggies!

Yummy doesn’t this look good? Pictures on this blog are usually taken with my Samsung Replenish, so please excuse the poor quality. I have couscous waiting to be added to the veggies when they’re done. Veggies = 0 Points Plus, Couscous = 4. Pretty good!
