The plateau I’ve been coasting on for the past few weeks has finally been broken! I lost 1.4 pounds and had my points reduced again. Now I get 30 points plus per day.
I need to adjust my year-end goal from 30 more pounds to something a bit more realistic. Let’s shoot for 10 pounds between today and the weigh-in on December 27 (the 26th is a holiday, so I won’t have access to the scales here at work.)
