.6 is better than nothing!

It’s a little discouraging but at the same time it’s nice to see the scale go down rather than staying the same or going up! I know that once I get past this brick wall standing between me and exercise the weight will start melting away. Baby steps for me include walking more and planning evening meals. Those are both reasonable and doable.

    That’s a great attitude! Small, achievable goals are key to your success. Being more conscious of what you eat and making exercise part of your routine are two important first steps. I wish you the best!
